Last June 8th Risen, Ravizza improvement specialized engineering, officially started it's operations.
Our company proposes as partner for industrial counseling, aimed to the optimization of products and processes. Our expertise starts from almost 15 years of experience of the founder, Mirko Ravizza, in the metalworking industry; initially as a machine operator and later as technical officier at Co.Me.R. where he could collaborate with important companies from many sectors, such as Volvo, Ericsson, Ducati, Maserati, Scania and many more.
Product Optimization
The starting point for any industrial optimization has not to be the process itself, but it has to be the product design.
Very often, due to lack of time in the development of a new part, the main focus is on functionality, neglecting the manufacturing aspects.
Doing so, more complex parts are designed and as such more expensive parts are produced.Thanks to our deep analysis, it is possible to reduce significantly the manufacturing costs. Thus has a bigger impact on medium-large productions, granting notable savings both economics and of base materials. Especially in the actual global logistics situation, in which obtaining raw materials is getting harder and harder, it's getting even more important to reduce waste of resources.
Process Optimization
Once the product is optimized, keeping the initial functionality, it is time to optimize the production process.
This step is divided into different and complementary phases, including:
selecting the correct machine on which operate
study of the machining fixture
study of the tooling
definition of the work area
Beside these steps, in case the production required is extremely high, is necessary to design and define automation and all those processes that can not be executed on a CNC machine, such as washing, testing and assembly.
